Residents of that Woodlands HDB block whose water supply was contaminated, must seriously have felt FML.

Question was (no, not 'was the policy good?') - how safe are we really? from acts of terrorism.
The suspect had access to the water tank which supplied water to the many households. If someone had malicious intent, all he had to do was get access to the water tanks, put something in the water, and you get mass poisoning or worse.

We never think about things like that because Singapore has always been safe. But this incident has proven that we have been taking security for granted.
Time to wake up your idea, people.
