UNFAIR!

I've always thought Friend was good looking apart from being intelligent, an excellent soccer player and all-around gentleman.
Because he is a friend, I don't want to be mean in any way.

His gf is not chio! She's not ugly; she still looks human. But she is not pretty! He deserves better. SO much better!
Oh well, I don't know what goes on in people's minds sometimes. Am I that shallow? Then society must be shallow because society sets standards on beauty.

Some girls have excellent karma. Must have done good in their past life. Then I should accumulate more good karma so I'll fare better in my next life.

Anyway! At the end of the day, what's yours is yours. What isn't will be taken away sooner or later.
Despite that, if you want something very badly then you have no choice but to scheme and plot (aka work hard!) your way to it.
Scheme and plot has negative connotations right? Well, the things you do so as to get your way aren't always pleasant. There is a limit to what working hard can do for you. You need an opening before you can work hard, no?
