every one would love to be a natural beauty but not all are born beautiful. you can say how someone is beautiful to you but at the end of the day, it doesn't change the fact that he/she is not good looking to the rest of the unbiased world. 

i don't judge if someone has gone under the knife. it freaking does not matter! i firmly believe that every one has the right to feel beautiful. if the key to feeling beautiful is a new face, by all means go ahead! people who judge probably don't understand the feeling of self-loathing and being afraid to meet people's eyes.
