ooh bridesmaids dresses!

Lately I've noticed a number of blogshops offering the same convertible dress (in myriad colors) and touting it to be perfectly apt as bridesmaids dresses! 

Looking at the various ways it can be worn, I have one question - why would you want your bridesmaids to be dressed so sluttily?

There is obviously not enough fabric to make a decent dress right? At least look at the top. It is quite ridiculous but well, the weddings I've attended had decently-dressed bridesmaids.
