We broke up because he wasn't proactive and i felt he didn't care. I had to ask to meet. He wouldn't ask to meet me if I didn't.

Why is it so many girls meet the same type of guys? If you're dating or at the getting-to-know stage (kindly suggested by Jason to make me feel less miserable) I suppose that is a signal that he is not interested.
However, if you're together, what's your excuse? Busy? Busy is never a valid reason. I hate it when people MIA and say oh they've been busy. Dubious much? Busy could mean a lot of things! Busy cheating? Busy dating other girls?

Conclusion: none.
Just had to tell this story. Feel so angsty!!

Must pour out my sorrows to bestfriend when I see him for lunch :(
Not like I haven't already daily on ST haha. See the difference? He makes time for me even when he's busy.
