When practising yoga, we should do what our body is comfortable with and avoid over-stretching.
However, some poses just put your body at risk whether you like it or not.
I'm quite worried of hurting my wrists because I'm a pianist. If I have to balance most of my body weight on my hands, the chance of straining the wrist is much higher. And I feel this pain in my left wrist. Sigh. Shag :(
